Mechanical Services Project Manager
Cool Projects are currently looking for a full time Mechanical Services Project Manager, operating within the UK. The successful candidate will offer a high standard of service delivery as part of our teams, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation, and upholding our Company values
Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
- Managing the delivery of projects on programme, within budget and to the requisite quality standards
- Managing and directing installation operatives, closely monitoring performance, and proactively addressing any issues
- Managing project costs
- Developing and improving the performance of the teams they are working with
- Undertaking primary responsibility for compliance with our Company Health and Safety policy and other appropriate corporate policies
- Managing the administration of the team, ensuring that facilities and working practices follow national guidelines and are appropriate for all staff
Requirements:
- Track record of successfully delivering projects and meeting client expectations and needs
- Industry experience in a Project Management role
- Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills (both internal and external)
- Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, resourceful, respectful, and reliable
